Angel Food Cake Tip

A vintage baking tip about letting the angel cakes and sponge cakes cool before turning them upside down on the cake rack.

Even better than a baking rack is an old wine bottle. The opening in the pan sits over the neck of the bottle, and the air circulates much better. That's a mom tip, tho, not grandma - she doesn't bake. ;)
