I've always wondered if you could use leftover pickle juice for new pickles...
ReplyDeleteYes you can! They come out a little milder, but still enjoyable. Let them sit for at least 3 days, though.
ReplyDeleteAnother use for pickle juice is for use in borscht (or other sweet/sour soups). In fact, my grandmother used to make a killer dill pickle soup...
