Make Ava Gardner's Pancakes

Ava Gardner shares her mother's pancake recipe:

Three cups of flour, one teaspoon salt, three teaspoons baking powder, sifted together. Beat three eggs and add to three cups of milk and one tablespoon melted butter. Mix into a smooth batter and cook on a well-greased hot griddle to a nice light brown.
